App design, identity, story-boarding
The Feed App makes it simple and easy to find, plan, make, and share meals that are specifically catered to your religious dietary needs. You are able to personalize your meal plan, add additional dietary restrictions at any point, and connect with others in your community as well as others outside your community.
DESIGN APPROACH & PROCESS
It's all started with a problem and my story of having dietary restrictions. Taking my story and creating pain points such as: Lack of well-balanced meals, not having options available and tired of explaining it to others. Then taking my pain points into brag points, this is where I starting thinking about what this App could provide for others.
Creating Flow Diagrams
After I had decided on the purpose of all the features I wanted to include in the Feed App,
I created flows for each feature showing the screen, action and response. For every flow,
I focused on making sure that the user was able to easily find the next step. A usability test took place once these flows were finalized, I observed how the user went through all the flows and made changes accordingly.
The look and feel of the visuals is very warm, welcoming and friendly. I chose warm toned colors, crisp photography, and bold sans serif typography. The simplicity and clean design helps the user to navigate throughout the Feed App smoothly.
